Joining the waitlist is free and non-binding. It does not reserve a unit, a price or a delivery date. You can leave the waitlist at any time.

You can reserve a Brainwave Silver, Copper or Gold on our Reserve page by paying a reservation deposit of US$500 (15,000 THB for customers in Thailand). By placing a reservation:

- you hold a place in line for the model you selected, in the order reservations are received;
- your deposit is fully refundable: you can cancel at any time before your Brainwave is delivered and we will refund the full deposit to your original payment method;
- it is not yet a contract of sale. Before your unit is built, we will contact you with the final price, configuration and delivery details, and you decide whether to complete the purchase. If you go ahead, the deposit is credited towards the purchase price;
- estimated delivery months shown on the website (currently Copper: November 2026, Gold: January 2027, Silver: February 2027) are estimates and may change. We will keep you informed of any change, and you may cancel for a full refund; and
- if we are unable to supply the model you reserved, we will cancel the reservation and refund the full deposit.

Deposits are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. To cancel a reservation, contact us through our contact page using the email address you reserved with.

We describe the Silver, Copper and Gold models, their specifications, software features, companion apps and availability as accurately as we can. Because the products are still in development, specifications, features, designs, images, availability and launch dates may change before launch. Renders and performance figures are for illustration and may differ from final products.
